GLJ to Publish Conference on Fair and Independent Courts

The Georgetown Law Journal is proud to publish several papers presented at the Conference on Fair and Independent Courts, held at Georgetown University Law Center in September 2006. The essays will appear in the April Issue of Volume 95. The Journal will publish ten papers from the Conference, including essays by Judge Robert A. Katzmann of the Second Circuit and Professors Viet Dinh, Vicki Jackson, and Roy Schotland of Georgetown. The Issue will also include a speech presented at the Conference by United States Supreme Court Justice Stephen G. Breyer, as well as introductory remarks by retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.
