GLJ Holds Symposium on "The Law of Politics"

On October 18, 2006, The Georgetown Law Journal brought together scholars from across the country for its Symposium on "The Law of Politics: The Role of Law in Advancing Democracy." The Journal sponsored one panel on the regulation of Section 527 organizations and another panel on redistricting and the Voting Rights Act.

In addition to sponsoring the live Symposium, the Journal has selected two essays from each panel for publication in the April Issue of Volume 95. The Symposium essays will appear alongside the essays from the Conference on Fair and Independent Courts.
